On 15 December 2021, the MWSS Regulatory Office (RO) held a blessing ceremony for the agency’s new building, followed by its annual year-end assessment (YEA).
Present during the blessing ceremony were MWSS RO officials headed by Chief Regulator Atty. Patrick Lester N. Ty. The activity was also attended by the following: MWSS Corporate Office (CO) Administrator Engr. Leonor C. Cleofas and MWSS CO officials; Manila Water President and Chief Executive Officer Mr. Jose Victor Emmanuel A. de Dios, Corporate Regulatory Affairs Group Head Atty. Jo Kristine C. Revil, and Regulatory Affairs Director of Enterprise Regulatory and Stakeholder Engagement Mr. Karl Mark N. Zapanta; and, Maynilad President and Chief Executive Officer Mr. Ramoncito S. Fernandez, Chief Finance Officer Mr. Ricardo F. Delos Reyes, and Board of Directors Member Mr. Masato Hiraoka.
In the afternoon, MWSS RO officials and employees participated in the agency’s 2021 YEA. The activity aimed to: 1. strengthen the working relationship of the MWSS RO employees; 2. assess the Gender and Development programs, activities, and projects conducted throughout the year; 3. recognize the efforts of employees in the attainment of committed targets in the 2021 Performance Scorecard and in sustaining the MWSS RO’s ISO 9001:2015 Certification; and 4. highlight the Regulation Areas’ Calendar Year 2021 accomplishments.
