Please be advised that the BUSINESS PLANS ARE NOT YET FINAL AND BINDING, BUT ARE WORKS IN PROGRESS THAT STILL NEED TO BE APPROVED BY THE MWSS RO AND THE MWSS BOARD OF TRUSTEES.
