Acting Chairman Gerardo A.I. Esquivel of the Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System Board of Trustees (MWSS BOT) administers the oath taking of newly-appointed member of the MWSS BOT Dr. Helena Agnes S. Valderrama in simple rites at the Office of the Administrator, MWSS Building, Katipunan Road, Balara, Quezon City on Wednesday, 19 November 2014.

Dr. Valderama is a Professor of the Cesar E.A Virata School of Business of the University of the Philippines (UP) Diliman. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Accountancy from UP, her Master’s Degree in Technology Policy and Management from the University of Wollongong, New South Wales, Australia, and her doctorate in Business Administration from UP.
