In line with the company’s thrust to provide excellent service, the Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System Regulatory Office (MWSS-RO) kicked off with the implementation of Quality Management System (QMS) using ISO 9001:2008 Standard last 09 September 2015.
The orientation, conducted by Cecille Fabian of Rosehall Management Consultants, Inc., gave an overview of why and how MWSS-RO will go about the ISO 9001:2008 process. She told the employees, “We are after improving and enhancing customer satisfaction. Customer is king.” Customers refer to both internal and external customers. She continued, “QMS is improvement in everything, not only in delivering customer service but in everything we do.”
