On 25 April 2023, MWSS Regulatory Office (RO) Acting Deputy Administrator for Financial Regulation Area (FRA-ADA) Christopher D. Chuegan served as a resource speaker at the “Seminar-workshop on the Current Issues Involving Water District (WD) with Joint Ventures (JV)” held in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental. The said initiative was organized by the Bacolod City Water District (BACIWA).
FRA-ADA Chuegan discussed the MWSS RO Rate Determination and Regulation process. He, together with other industry experts, also shared his expertise in monitoring, evaluating, and ensuring that BACIWA’s JV partner will be compliant with the requirements set by the WD.
