The Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System Regulatory Office (MWSS-RO) attended the 23rd Philippine Water Works Association, Inc. (PWWA) International Conference and Exhibition on October 21 to 24, 2015 at the Limketkai Luxe Hotel in Cagayan de Oro City.
Using the theme, “Water, Energy, Food Nexus: Challenges of the Century,” MWSS-RO commends PWAA organizers and delegates for the success of the event. In his message, PWWA President Roger Borja said that everyone’s participation is clearly a manifestation of the participants’ desire to learn and to share knowledge on the very relevant challenges of not only attaining but also sustaining water, energy, and food security for our country.
PWWA was organized in 1978 as the umbrella organization of all government and private entities as well as individuals involved in water supply development in the country, with unified goals and objectives.
