Established in 1997, the MWSS RO regulates Manila Water Company, Inc. and Maynilad Water Services, Inc., to ensure that water and sewerage services comply with national standards and benefit all customers within the Concession. The agency relentlessly works towards making clean and sustainable water available, accessible and affordable for all.
