From 04 to 06 July 2022, the MWSS Regulatory Office (RO) held an in-house training on Quality Management System (QMS), in preparation for the upcoming surveillance audit of the established QMS of the Office.
MWSS RO employees attended two training sessions facilitated by Rosehall Management Consultants, Inc. The session on “Understanding the Requirements of a QMS using ISO 9001:2015 Standard” heightened the participants’ awareness of the ISO 9001:2015 requirements on establishing, implementing, and maintaining a QMS. The session on “Conducting QMS Audit using ISO 9001:2015 Standard based on ISO 19011:2018 Audit Guidelines” introduced potential auditors to each critical activity of the internal audit process, and to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.
The MWSS RO has been ISO 9001:2015 certified since 31 December 2018 on its established QMS that covered the core process: Provision of Regulatory Services on Service Obligations Monitoring for Water Supply and Wastewater Effluent Quality based on the Concession Agreement.
