HAPPENING NOW 📢: MWSS Regulatory Office (RO) Public Information Drive (PIDr) on the Rebate Program for affected Maynilad Water Services, Inc. customers within the Supply Zone of Putatan Water Treatment Plant

The PIDr on the Rebate Program aims to:

1. provide information on the nature, scope, and other details of the implementation of the Rebate Program to the affected men and women Maynilad account holders in Metro Manila and Cavite;

2. explain and clarify the bill rebates;

3. address (gender-related) issues and concerns of affected account holders; and

4. elicit comments and suggestions on improving gender-responsive services, especially in relation to water supply management.
