The MWSS RO, in cooperation with the Water Concessionaires, holds a Rate Rebasing, which is a periodic performance review and general tariff adjustment that sets the maximum rates that the Concessionaires may charge for their services. The objective of this exercise is to ensure that the tariff rates that the Concessionaires charge related to water and sewerage are reasonable and commensurate with the services they have programmed and delivered to their customers and stakeholders.
In line with this, the MWSS RO invites @maynilad customers, local government units, media partners, and other stakeholders to the second (2nd) phase of its Fifth (5th) Rate Rebasing PCDr for the West Zone, to discuss and solicit feedback on Maynilad’s developments for the last five years, as well as the reasonableness of its proposed Business Plans and tariff adjustments for the next five years.
The MWSS RO and Maynilad will have exciting games and prizes for the participants throughout the program!
