On 22 December 2020, the MWSS Regulatory Office (RO) held its annual Year-End Assessment; spearheaded by the MWSS RO Gender and Development (GAD) Committee.

The activity aimed to strengthen the work relationship, teamwork, and productivity of the MWSS RO employees; evaluate the GAD programs, activities, and projects for the year; recognize the efforts of employees in attaining committed targets on the 2020 Performance Scorecard and sustaining the agency’s ISO Certification under 9001:2015 Standards; and highlight the accomplishments of all Regulation Areas for the CY 2020.

The MWSS RO will do its utmost to provide the highest quality of services to the public in the years to come.
