MWSS RO IN ACTION
On 27 November 2020, the MWSS Regulatory Office (RO) Customer Service Regulation Area (CSRA) and Technical Regulation Area (TRA) conducted a field investigation within the West Zone to check the water supply and quality in areas affected by the water service interruptions implemented by Maynilad Water Services, Inc.
The MWSS RO representatives interviewed local residents to verify Maynilad’s compliance with their announced water service interruption schedules; and conducted on-site water quality tests in affected residences.
