The MWSS Regulatory Office (RO), represented by Deputy Administrator for Customer Service Regulation Mr. Lee Robert M. Britanico, took part in the inauguration of Manila Water Foundation and P&G Safeguard Philippines‘ #SafeWASH (Water, Sanitation and Hygiene) project for 11 schools in Jala-jala, Rizal. The event was held in Jala-jala Elementary School on 11 April 2022.

In his message, Deputy Administrator Britanico recognized the value of promoting proper hygiene and sanitation practices, especially in schools that are already conducting face-to-face classes amid the pandemic. He also emphasized the need for educating children about the importance of conserving our water resources and limited water supply, especially for the benefit of our future generations.

The MWSS RO is one with Manila Water Foundation and P&G Safeguard Philippines in ensuring a continuous and sustainable supply of clean water, and improving access to clean, gender-friendly, and inclusive sanitation facilities.

Water is not infinite; let’s do everything we can to conserve it. 💧
