The MWSS Regulatory Office (RO) expresses its deepest gratitude to stakeholders and Local Government Unit (LGU) leaders from the Province of Rizal, as well as the agency’s media partners, for making the first session of the MWSS RO Virtual Public Consultation on the Possible Tariff Impact of the East Bay Water Supply Project and AMA Bulk Water Supply Project that was held this morning a success!

The MWSS RO now cordially invites stakeholders and Manila Water Company, Inc. customers from the Cities of Makati, Taguig, Pateros, Paranaque, Mandaluyong, San Juan, and Pasig to participate in the second session of the Virtual Public Consultation on 12 October 2020 at 9:00AM via the Zoom video conferencing platform.

The objective of this activity is to keep stakeholders well-informed and involved in the evaluation of the feasibility of two (2) proposed alternative water source projects: the East Bay Water Supply Project and AMA Bulk Water Supply Project. Specifically, the activity aims to explain and clarify the plans for the water supply projects; discuss the possible effects of these projects on customers’ water rates; and directly address the concerns and issues of affected customers.
