The MWSS Regulatory Office (RO) welcomed officers from the Partido Water Supply System (PWSS) for a study cum observation tour from 12 to 13 November 2019. PWSS is under the Partido Development Administration (PDA), and is responsible for providing safe, sufficient, and sustainable potable water supply for the 4th District of Camarines Sur in the Bicol Region.

The objective of the tour was to gain insight into the operations, financial administration, corporate ethics, and best practices of MWSS RO that PWSS may use to evaluate and improve its service delivery standards.

As part of the collaboration, the MWSS RO has also planned to conduct an observation and benchmarking visit to PWSS.
