REMINDER TO THE PUBLIC: 18 October 2023 is the deadline for the submission of comments on Manila Water‘s Position Paper in relation to their application for term extension of the Revised Concession Agreement (RCA) until 2047.

The MWSS Regulatory Office (RO) is currently in the process of reviewing and evaluating the said application. In line with this, the Office invites the public, especially the customers and stakeholders within the East Concession Area, to submit their comments on the said Position Paper through the following modalities:

a. by hand or registered mail to MWSS Regulatory Office, Katipunan Avenue, corner H. Ventura Street, Barangay Pansol, Balara, Quezon City 1108;

b. by email to CRO@ro.mwss.gov.ph; or

c. by online completion and submission through Google Forms accessible via https://tinyurl.com/ManilaWaterPositionPaper.
