In its commitment to uphold citizen participation, transparency, and accountability in governance; the MWSS Regulatory Office (RO) initiates and conducts public dialogues and consultations, engages in media relations activities, and proactively discloses vital information through various communication channels; in order to heighten public awareness and participation in water, sewerage, and sanitation topics and issues within the Concession Area.
