The MWSS Regulatory Office (MWSS RO) will celebrate its 25th Anniversary on 01 August 2022 with the theme, “On the Waves of Continual Progress: Safeguarding Public Welfare.”
Various stakeholder engagement projects/activities are slated for the Office’s silver anniversary celebration, which will run from 01 July to 01 August. Watch this video to know more!

About the MWSS RO:
The MWSS RO was created on 01 August 1997 by virtue of the Concession Agreements signed between the MWSS and the two Concessionaires: Manila Water Company, Inc. (Manila Water) for the East Zone and Maynilad Water Services, Inc. (Maynilad) for the West Zone. Since its establishment, the MWSS RO has been striving to be a world class and independent Regulatory Office that equitably protects the interests of the consuming public and other stakeholders to continuous, sustainable, and accessible supply of safe and affordable drinking water and environmentally safe sewerage system.
