The MWSS Regulatory Office (RO) is currently in the process of reviewing and evaluating the application of Manila Water for the extension of the term of its Revised Concession Agreement (RCA) until 2047.

In line with this, the Office invites the public, especially the customers and stakeholders within the East Concession Area, to submit their comments on Manila Water’s position paper regarding the said application:

a. by hand or registered mail to MWSS Regulatory Office, Katipunan Avenue, corner H. Ventura Street, Barangay Pansol, Balara, Quezon City 1108;

b. by email to CRO@ro.mwss.gov.ph; or

c. by online completion and submission through Google Forms accessible via https://tinyurl.com/ManilaWaterPositionPaper.
