MANILA, Philippines – The Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System-Regulatory Office yesterday urged the public to conserve water as the country braces for the El Niño phenomenon.
Chief regulator Joel Yu said conserving water would enhance water supply reliability as a dry spell may cause water shortage.
