During his 2014 State of the Nation Address, Former President Benigno “Noynoy” S. Aquino III paid homage to his parents – Former Senator Benigno “Ninoy” Aquino, Jr. and Former President Corazon “Cory” Aquino, and affirmed his dedication to serve the Filipino people.

The MWSS Regulatory Office (RO) joins the nation in mourning the passing of the Former President.
