On 12 September 2024, the MWSS Regulatory Office (RO) turned over two (2) Refrigerated Drinking Fountains (RDF) to the City of Las Piñas as part of the Office’s 27th Anniversary Celebration. The RDFs, which will be installed in two public schools, were donated in partnership with Maynilad Water Services, Inc., University of the Philippines (UP) Upsilon Sigma Phi Batch 1999, and UP Sigma Delta Phi
In his message, MWSS RO Chief Regulator Patrick Lester N. Ty emphasized that the Office will continue to go above and beyond its mandate by initiating various projects aimed at improving the quality of life for its stakeholders. The provision of RDFs aim to promote proper hydration, which is crucial for ensuring the health and safety of customers and their families.
As it celebrates its 27th year, the MWSS RO remains committed to breaking barriers, transforming behaviors, and promoting equitable access to water.
