On 06 March 2025, the MWSS Regulatory Office (RO), led by Chief Regulator Patrick Lester N. Ty, donated two (2) Refrigerated Drinking Fountains (RDFs) and drinking kits to the Authority of the Freeport Area of Bataan (AFAB).
This initiative is part of the MWSS RO’s 27th-anniversary celebration, highlighting its commitment to public service. It was made possible through the support of Megawide Construction Corporation, Manila Water Foundation, and the University of the Philippines Upsilon Sigma Phi and Sigma Delta Phi Batch 1999.
In his partnership message, Chief Regulator Ty emphasized the Office’s dedication to improving the quality of life for its stakeholders through projects that go beyond its core mandate. The donated RDFs and drinking kits will not only provide clean drinking water for the institution, but will also help promote water conservation and protect the environment by reducing single-use plastic waste.
As the MWSS RO marks 27 years of service, it remains committed to going above and beyond its mandate in delivering top-quality services to the public.
