MWSS RO Chief Regulator Atty. Patrick Lester N. Ty gave a talk this morning on the Effect of the Pandemic on Water Utilities, in a web-based seminar organized by Aon.
Among the topics discussed were concerns of the public during this health emergency situation; and actions of the concessionaires and the government, especially those of MWSS RO, to address and mitigate the COVID-19 impact.
Chief Ty ended his discussion with a message to conserve our limited water supply, especially during this critical time when it is most essential to curb the spread of the pandemic.
