From 28 November to 12 December 2023, the MWSS Regulatory Office held a series of activities in support of the 18-Day Campaign to End Violence Against Women (VAW).

These series of activities aimed to raise employee awareness on anti-VAW advocacy: elimination of all forms of violence against women and girls, and fostering a community that has zero tolerance for VAW.

Throughout this two-week campaign, officials and employees of the MWSS RO actively participated in learning and development webinars and engaged in activities such as Gender Sensitivity Training, Psychosocial First-Aid Orientation, and the theatrical production “Sidhi’t Silakbo: The Wild Woman Awakens” by Dulaang Unibersidad ng Pilipinas (DUP Official Page). Additionally, they took part in an in-house Quiz Bee on EndVAW, a TikTok Challenge, and a Men Opposed to Violence against women Everywhere (MOVE) Logo Making Contest.

The commitment of the MWSS RO to fostering a safe and inclusive workplace for all its employees remains steadfast.
