The MWSS Regulatory Office has been recognized by the Governance Commission for GOCCs (GCG) as one of the top-ranking Government-Owned or -Controlled Corporations (GOCCs) in the Calendar Year 2023 Performance Scorecard.
The award was presented to MWSS RO Chief Regulator Patrick Lester N. Ty, Deputy Administrator for Technical Regulation Evelyn B. Agustin, and Deputy Administrator for Customer Service Regulation Lee Robert M. Britanico during the GCG Awards held on 25 November 2024 at the Philippine International Convention Center in Pasay City.
The MWSS RO was honored as one of the top ten (10) awardees for “Performance Results Driven by Service” based on its accomplishments during the fiscal year. The recognition is grounded on a set of performance criteria, targets, and weights reported in the Performance Scorecard.
