On 28 February 2025, the MWSS Regulatory Office (RO) was honored by the Manila Water Foundation (MWF) at “Daluyong: A Partners Recognition Night” held in Mandaluyong City.
MWSS RO Chief Regulator Patrick Lester N. Ty, Deputy Administrator for Administration and Legal Affairs Claudine B. Orocio-Isorena, and Public Information Department- Senior Information Officer Simon Efraim M. Borromeo received the recognition from Manila Water President and Chief Executive Officer Jose Victor Emmanuel de Dios, who also serves as the President of MWF; Manila Water Chief Operating Officer (East Zone) Arnold Jether A. Mortera; and MWF Executive Director Reginald M. Andal.
MWF, the social development arm of the Manila Water enterprise, is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting Water Access, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) education for underserved communities in the Philippines. Through its strong partnership with the MWSS RO, MWF continues to drive initiatives that safeguard stakeholder welfare and enhance the quality of life for marginalized sectors.
