On 27 June 2024, the MWSS Regulatory Office proudly joined the MWSS Complex PRIDE March titled “LOVE Flows,” held at the MWSS Compound in Quezon City. 
The event featured discussions from various LGBTQIA+ members and advocates, as well as performances by The Emerald, Maureen Biology, and Empy Radora. Talented representatives from agencies within the MWSS Compound, including the MWSS RO, also participated in a dance number. 
The MWSS RO was honored with the Carriedo Bahaghari Award for its invaluable contributions to the LGBTQIA+ community and exceptional achievements in the government sector. 
The MWSS RO reaffirms its commitment to gender equality, inclusivity, and women empowerment. Moving forward, the Office will continue to champion projects that mainstream and strengthen Gender and Development (GAD) in the Philippine water sector.
