: THE PUBLIC HEARING ON MAYNILAD’S APPLICATION FOR TERM EXTENSION OF THE REVISED CONCESSION AGREEMENT IS ON MONDAY (04 DECEMBER 2023)

The MWSS Regulatory Office(RO) is currently in the process of reviewing and evaluating the Application of Maynilad Water Services, Inc. for the Extension of its Revised Concession Agreement (RCA) until 2047.

In line with this, the Office invites concerned Local Government Units (LGUs), government and non-government institutions, media partners, and the public—especially customers and stakeholders within the West Concession Area—to participate in the Public Hearing on Maynilad’s Application:
