Pursuant to and in compliance with the mandate of Executive Order (E.O.) No. 2, Series of 2016, “Operationalizing in the Executive Branch the People’s Constitutional Right to Information and the State Policies to Full Public Disclosure and Transparency in the Public Service and Providing Guidelines therefor”,  the Freedom of Information (FOI) People’s Manual (Manual) of the  Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System – Regulatory Office’s (MWSS RO) is hereby adopted. The purpose of the Manual is to guide the public in requesting for information from the MWSS RO.
