The objectives of the PCDr are to provide an avenue for customers to clarify issues and discuss needs and concerns relative to the revisions in, and implementation of the 2013 IRRs; heighten customer awareness on their rights and obligations, and the Concessionaires’ service obligations; and provide a venue for discussing and addressing prevailing (gender-related) issues and concerns of stakeholders on water, sewerage, and sanitation services, and for exploring good practices in providing (gender-responsive) services.
