Over the years, the MWSS RO has relentlessly pursued its vision of becoming a world-class and independent Regulatory Office that equitably protects the interests of the consuming public and other stakeholders to continuous, sustainable and accessible supply of safe and affordable drinking water and environmentally safe sewerage system.
As we reflect on our journey, we are humbled and honored to have received numerous accolades that attest to our dedication to revolutionizing water and wastewater service provision and utility management.
As we move forward, we are determined to push the boundaries of excellence by upholding the highest standards of water and wastewater services that more than 17 million residents of Metro Manila and adjacent provinces truly deserve.
