#ConsumerWelfareMonth2022 underscores the following:
need for consumers to have a conscious mindset and make more informed and sustainable choices in purchasing goods and services through online platforms;
need for businesses to integrate sustainable approaches in the digital transformation of their products and operations ; and,
consumers’ right to a healthy environment and consumers’ responsibility on environmental awareness.
