The officers and personnel of the Regulatory Office met the new Administrator of the MWSS, Reynaldo V. Velasco.

Administrator Velasco is a retired General of the Philippine National Police where he served as the Deputy Director General and Special Action Force Commander. Prior to his appointment in MWSS, Administrator Velasco was a Mayor in Pangasinan for one term.

Administrator Velasco vowed the continued supply of potable and affordable water for the consumers in Metro Manila and nearby provinces. He also committed to pursue water source projects that will ensure reliable supply of water in the MWSS service area.

Aside from being the MWSS head, Administrator Velasco acts as the Vice Chairman of the MWSS Board of Trustees.
