Manuel Arboleda of Rosehall Management Consultants, Inc. conducted the Quality Management System (QMS) Seminar for employees of the Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System Regulatory Office (MWSS-RO) last 14 September 2015.The seminar, in coordination with MWSS-RO’s Administration Department, gave the participants an awareness and common understanding of the QMS requirements of ISO 9001:2008 standards. Held in preparation for the full implementation of the QMS program in the company, Arboleda explained that QMS is a management system to direct and control an organization with regard to quality.

MWSS-RO Chief Regulator Joel Yu urged everyone to support and embrace the QMS program in fulfilling the company’s goals and mission. With QMS, expected results include clearer reporting relationships, clearer responsibilities on quality and work processes, and better quality of services.
