The Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System Regulatory Office (MWSS-RO) held its 2-day planning session cum team building at Montevista Villas Mimosa Golf and Country Club, Clark Freeport Economic Zone in Pampanga on October 17-18, 2014

The MWSS-RO is shifting into high gear for greater effectiveness in preparation for the next rate rebasing. Reinvigorated, these personnel are confidently ready to face any challenges that may come their way this year and even in the years to come.

The planning activity aimed to provide a clear sense of direction to the programs, projects and activities of the MWSS-RO that need to be carried out, strengthen the personnel’s confidence in understanding where the organization is heading.

It also focused on addressing how best to make the organization move along the chosen path, and when should they take, and what measures to achieve the goals of the organization.

According to Chief Regulator Joel Yu, the team building activity left a high level of team spirit and clearly signaled that MWSS-RO learned to adapt with head snapping change in the workplace.
