The Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System Regulatory Office (MWSS RO) is now International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2015 certified, after its successful fulfilment of the requirements under the standard, and adherence to its Quality Management System (QMS) that covered the core process: Provision of Regulatory Services on Service Obligations Monitoring for Water Supply, and Wastewater Effluent Quality based on the Concession Agreement.
The Chief Regulator of the MWSS RO, Atty. Patrick Lester N. Ty, addressed the agency’s employees after receiving the certificate awarded by TÜV Rheinland on 31 December 2018:
